The bigger the project gets, the more important structured information management becomes. More people, more documents, and more moving pieces means everyone needs to know where to find the information they need to do their job. We tend to get more deliberate about our processes and more intentional about how we communicate. In my experience, a little extra effort upfront pays huge dividends later on.
