Where are your side spreadsheets hiding?
Iâve been thinking about something that quietly slows a lot of us down: the infamous side spreadsheet! I get why they exist. Theyâre comfortable, theyâre quick, and sometimes they feel easier than fighting whatever process isnât fully humming along yet. But every time we create one, weâre basically admitting, âYep⌠weâreâŚ

Is there a way to sort by Attributes in Projects & Organizations?
I know when you go to Projects & Organizations, there are all the projects in there. I have set up an Attribute called PCA, PM, & MOP. is there a way to sort by the Attributes I set up? I see where you can sort by Created by & Last modified by, but I don't see where I can sort by anything else except what they have listed.

What does your Submittals process look like?
We've been refining our submittals process in InEight Document for a while now as we receive feedback from end users and as InEight continues to deploy enhancements or customization requests. What's a project management principle you find to be underrated?
We often focus on the big frameworks and large-scope initiatives, but sometimes the simplest principles (communication, clarity, or risk planning) can make the biggest difference. Whatâs one area of project management you think doesnât get the credit (or attention) it truly deserves?

Whatâs one âhidden costâ youâve learned to watch for on projects, and how do you catch it early?
Sometimes the biggest budget impacts donât come from the obvious line items, they come from small scope shifts, productivity loss, or overlooked field realities. Sharing those early warning signs can help spot issues sooner and stay ahead of surprises. What have you flagged?
