We are currently using the Form module linked with the Checklist module in our workflow. Your team’s practice sounds good, and we can definitely review it further to see how it might align with and support our process.

@Saharudin are your users going to the details tab of the documents first, or are they going to the file viewer?  We often embed links as hyperlinks into the file viewer, so any related links (such as a Site Instruction) are easy to access directly from a drawing.
