All the areas in this poll can get complex fast, especially when projects are moving through different teams, tools, and processes. Even with good systems, information has a way of drifting when updates come in at different times or from different places.

For me, the key is to plan it up front. Good Project Execution Planning, especially being clear about how information will flow, who owns what, and how often it’s updated, makes every one of these challenges so much easier to manage.
