I have found implementing new tools can be less of a "technology implementation" and more of an organizational change management endeavor. Depending on level of maturity, changing process, tools, and systems to something completely different from what people are used to can be the biggest hurdle.
Has anyone else experienced this and found ways to help ease the transition for their teams during implementation of InEight? Would love to learn from everyone else's experience.
