InEight Training for a Document Controller

Question

Asking for a friend… When we started using InEight and had an InEight Rep there with us to configure everything, we spent more time on configuration of things. I kind of had to teach myself how to do Doc Control duties in InEight, with the help of watching videos and/or asking another Doc Control that uses InEIght questions….. Does anyone know if there is an in-person training that goes over a lot of the modules and maybe shows the functionality of all things Doc Control? Thank you!

Hi Rachel,

While configuration is important, definitely ensuring knowledge of the DC processes in the system is critical to the success of the use of the application.  There are some great videos in Learn.InEight.Com that go through most of the modules and how the functionality works.  Also, if you look at the Resources tab in Learn - there are HUGE user guides on how to utilize the software.  Lastly, while InEight doesn't offer post-implementation in-person training, there are definitely partners that do.  That might be an option to look at.
