I agree with @michelle.orizzonte E!

Obviously, safety is our #1 priority - we want everyone to leave the same way they came in.

The rest are definitely things that need to fall into place for a project to be successful.

E, all of the above.

A & B are the baseline. You need those.

C & D are what make it feel like a win. If the team, stakeholders, safety, and quality are there, everything else was probably in a good place too!

I would say option C for me. If you know the teams are aligned and information is going to the right people, at the right times, you are able to keep people engaged and excited as you move toward future builds.
