One of the key metrics I’m watching closely heading into Q1 is the level of integration between the project schedule and InEight’s execution data. For me, the priority is understanding how well our planned activities are aligning with what’s actually happening in the field — and where gaps or delays start to emerge.

By tightening the connection between schedule logic, progress updates, and the data flowing through InEight, I’m hoping to gain clearer visibility into schedule risk, forecast accuracy, and the real drivers behind variances. Stronger integration should help us make faster, more confident decisions around sequencing, resource allocation, and constraint removal.

In short, I’m looking for metrics that show how synchronized our planning and execution environments truly are, and where we can improve that alignment to drive more predictable outcomes in 2026.

I would like to see some metrics around Advanced Work Packaging usage. Not sure what that looks like yet. Maybe $ per IWP, Constraints per IWP, MH per IWP, Lessons learned per IWP, % of components assigned to IWP's, IWP's per CWP, CWP's per CWA, % of IWP's with dates. Could also have some metrics around workspace usage and documents.
