I would say C mainly and maybe some B. The reason is similar to what Michelle was mentioning around "we don't always know what we're missing or where it lives". Our two source of truths are 1) InEight (PM system) and 2) ERP for financials and sometimes the dates between the two don't align so this causes us one issue that we are hoping to solve soon.

One of the pain points we have ran into is portfolio reporting , especially around audit/compliance requests. We can't run a report using an office or an organization or multiple projects so we try to rely on the dashboards to help , but then we run into analysis paralysis because of the sheer amount of data that is there.

C.  and B. We are stil trying to figure out how to pull the data into a report and what information to pull and how to create meaningful reports.

For me it’s B and D, mostly D.

The fragmentation is the bigger issue. It’s not that we can’t pull the data together, it’s that it takes time, and more importantly, we don’t always know what we’re missing or where it lives. That’s the part that causes the most risk.

The manual work (B) kind of comes with it. When information is spread across systems, people end up doing the stitching just to get a halfway reliable view.
