When we implemented Progress for time capture (well before COVID), we had a lot of ideas for functionality and had a lot of enhancement requests that we were adamant we NEEDED.
Having been in the system for years now and adopting more and more modules along the way - my whole perspective has changed drastically. I just want the system to be bug-free and have excellent performance.
Curious as to the other clients out there. What is more important to you? Quality of build and performance? Or new features and enhancements?
