Hello,
I am currently attempting to open a new job, but the program will not proceed past Step Two in the attached pop-up window. This issue has persisted for over 24 hours.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times but have not received a response or a callback. This problem is preventing me from completing my work and is becoming increasingly urgent.
Could someone please investigate this as soon as possible and advise on a resolution? I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance.
