InEight Document (TeamBinder) external user dashboard

Question

Hi everyone — does InEight Document (TeamBinder) offer a dashboard or portal option for external users where they can log in and access only selected files/folders (instead of receiving documents via email or transmittals)?

@wagnercardozo we have had much success with external users logging in and utilizing the dashboard to manage their job functions in InEight Document.  We implement "company access" so that users belonging to a company have access to see any of their own company related documents and correspondence regardless of if they were on the project at the time the information was added or joined later on.

Yes - you can external users and apply permissions based on their company, security group, etc. If you want to check out the below on the Knowledge library, this will get you started. There are tons of other items available here like the video that I find very helpful when discussing Access and Security in InEight. We have a couple of external contacts in our environment set up with a pretty basic restriction
