Happy First Monday of 2026 everyone! Looking forward to the next year with you all! Hmmm, it is still early in the year, but… My intention for 2026 is to be more intentional with my time by focusing on higher-value work, delegating effectively, and setting clearer boundaries. The goal is to lead more strategically while creating better balance between work and life. One area that’s been working well for me is task management and delegation. Being more disciplined about planning my week and breaking work into manageable actions has helped me stay focused, while trusting others with ownership has created better outcomes for the team. I plan to double down on this structure and delegation approach in 2026 to free up time for higher-value work. How about you @Caleen Frisbie ?!

For me in 2026, I want to dive even deeper into member listening and value delivery by uncovering more evolving needs, better understanding blockers, and connecting this Community with more resources to help them solution. My intention for 2026 is to advance data‑driven quality assurance by strengthening digital execution workflows and integrating AI‑enabled insights within our project delivery processes, with a clear focus on consistency, transparency, and field usability

HELLO 2026!!! My primary focus for 2026 is strengthening strategic support within the estimating function. With recent organizational changes and an employee anticipated retirement in the next 18 months, succession planning is a top priority. Additionally, I will drive the full transition from our legacy estimating platform to InEight Estimate to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. I’ve seen strong results from prioritizing mental and physical well-being, which has improved resilience and performance. In the New Year, I plan to deepen this commitment by reinforcing routines and resources that sustain focus, energy, and stability.

* My team has several key initiatives in 2026, but if I had to pick one central focus, it would be boosting user adoption and satisfaction of underutilized InEight products, primarily Document and Schedule. * One area that's working well is regularly collaborating with our InEight SMEs across our different operational groups to develop and improve training materials, establish best practices, and to identify lessons learned and enhancement requests. I'll be putting some more structure to these interactions to help improve results.
