We have multiple divisions within our organization which meant we had two styles of training for roll out of the Daily Plans. We had one division that was already electronic for time , but not strict on claiming quantities and the other was still using paper for time, but did claim quantities on a monthly basis.
Post implementation, we are continuing to see a struggle with claiming quantities , whether it is daily via plans, weekly via QT, or monthly via Control. What has been successful for your organization on the adoption of daily plans where you had similar legacy processes?
