My name is Sara and I am part of the Customer Support team here at InEight. I love hearing about the different ways our users utilize the product. They always bring something new and that keeps my role interesting!

On busy days I like to play some background music to help keep me on track. I love all different genres but on busy days some ambient electronic sounds really help me focus. I also enjoy taking my pup on walks (now that the weather is cooling down & football season is starting, GO BIRDS), I have a Rottweiler named Dream who is the sweetest girl.

Howdy!! I am super excited and honored to be part of this Community. My name is Kevin Peters and I’m a nerd! I love solving problems, analyzing data and anything system driven. I’m very passionate about helping our projects succeed; whatever that my look like.

Personally, I’m a dad of 4, papaw of 3 and husband to 1 (🤣). I live on Galveston island and I love to do anything in, on, under or around water. Destination boating and trips to “blue water” top our list of things to do when not working. I’ve been a member of the Pasadena (Texas) Livestock Show and Rodeo for 25+ years and currently sit on the Executive Board for that organization.

My name is Gregg Joyce. I am a mechanical engineer with more than twenty years of experience in industrial construction, primarily specializing in estimating. I have managed national estimating departments for large industrial construction firms and successfully implemented InEight Estimate software at three different companies. Currently, I am employed by Black & Veatch.

My professional interests are centered on refining estimating processes and supporting my team in delivering precise cost estimates to contribute to project success.

Originally from Southern California, I have spent the past two decades in Colorado and now reside in the Roaring Fork Valley. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as surfing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, river sports, camping, soccer, and weight training. I am married and proud to be a father to three children—Marielle (4), Hazel (7), and Lowen (10). Together, we share a passion for the mountains, the ocean, and spending time outdoors.

Hi everyone, and apologies for the late post!

I’m Sri, an Information Management professional with over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. My background spans both greenfield and brownfield projects, where I’ve managed document control services, supported large-scale data migrations, and overseen the successful rollout of document management systems across multiple clients. A big part of my work has been helping project teams adopt new systems smoothly, while also driving continuous improvements in how information is managed and handed over to Operations.

I’m particularly passionate about turning data into insights, and I’ve used tools like Power BI extensively for project analytics and reporting to support better decision-making. I’ve also had the privilege of leading document control teams, streamlining processes, and building strong service delivery models.

On a personal note, I met my wife—also an Information Management Specialist—on one of the InEight roll out projects (so InEight is close to both of us), and now we’re raising two daughters, aged six years and six months. Outside of work, we love long drives and bush walks in the remote parts of Western Australia, which is a great way to reset after busy project days.

I’m looking forward to connecting here, sharing lessons from system rollouts and analytics, and learning from how others are shaping the future of information management.

Hi everyone!

I am super excited to be here! Apologies for the late introduction. My name is Brittany and I am a Project Controls Manager within our Project Services department here at Orion Group Holdings, Inc.

I love anything project related honestly, especially when it comes to things such as components, ROC, Work packaging, etc. I think that is because I love organizing and putting things where they go, my husband would call that my OCD. Either way, all of those I will definitely nerd out on. What drives me in my day-to-day is helping the business. I am here to make their life easier even if it's just a small needle move.

An accomplishment for me hasn't technically happened yet, BUT next week I will be completing my capstone presentation in front of my fellow peers and executive team that wraps up graduating from our internal Leadership program.

After a long day, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy spending time in my garden.

Hi Everyone, I am with @Tomas, apologies for being late to the party, I am sure everyone knows how it goes.

I’m Morné, and I’ve been with DRA Global for the past six years, a journey that has taken me across several disciplines before bringing me to the digital and innovation space. My career started in process engineering, took a bit of a turn into mechanical engineering gradually expanding into project management, business management, and now global innovation. Today, I oversee our global innovation portfolio, with a strong focus on digital technologies and systems.

While I may not have the same breadth of experience in digital systems as some of you, I’m deeply passionate about technology, data, and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working. Over the last four years, much of this journey has centered on InEight, where we are now deploying the platform globally across our offices—a challenging but exciting process. I look forward to sharing success stories as we reach key milestones.

On a personal note, I enjoy camping with my family, tackling home improvement projects with my son, and unwinding over a beer with friends. I’m excited to connect with this forum, learn from your experiences, and contribute to building a strong community.

Hi everyone, it's great to join the InEight community, and sorry for being late to the party!

My name is Tomas Warnqvist, and I’m a director at Baseline in Norway, where I assist customers with project control across a broad spectrum—from choosing the right contract model, signing contractors or designers, building the scope of work, planning, and ensuring production stays on track.

Currently, I’m hired by the owner for a new airport project in Northern Norway as project control manager. I’ve been working on it since January 2022, and the first flight is scheduled for 2029!

I started my career in mining (I’m a mining engineer), moved into tunneling, then to mass haul on the surface, and now I work in offices. What drives me nowadays is finding efficient ways to leverage available software. There are as many tools as there are ways to waste money!

I’m a strong advocate for position-based planning and enjoy integrating systems that helps the project.

Long days usually mean I’m on-site, away from family, so to recharge, I hit the gym to burn off the day’s stress and then have dinner with my colleagues.

The dog friend (Jen) is a Pit terrier mix. She is 5 yrs old that we rescued in Feb 2024. She is an absolute snuggle bug, which is no surprise after being abused previously. She cant get enough, she will snuggle with anyone that will give her time and when you stop petting her, she looks around "where did you go". A couple more pics.

She loves to ride in the truck and prefers front seat!!!
She loves to have her belly rub and makes sure you don't forget where she is!
She will stand on anything to be front and center to get attention!

My name is Evan Grim. I am an IT Manager at Hensel Phelps, a General Contractor headquartered in Greeley, CO w/ operations across the U.S.

I've been w/ HP for 11 years since I earned my business degree from Colorado State. I started in an IT operations role supporting our jobsites and field offices, then moved into corporate roles leading our Service Desk, Product, and Vendor Management functions. I am passionate about removing the barriers to our teams getting the most out of technology that contributes to Hensel Phelps being an industry leader.

InEight is an important partner to Hensel Phelps as we have selected the Completions platform to run our QC workflows.

A little more about me personally… married for 10 years and loving raising my son Wes (7) and daughter Mabel (5) in Colorado. I enjoy theatre (watching and performing), sports (mainly golf), snowboarding, and video games in my free time.

Hello everyone,

My name is Tim Mowery, and I serve as the Technology Leader for the Global Estimating team at Black & Veatch (Kansas City, Missouri, USA). This October marks my 17th year with the company. My primary focus is implementing and optimizing the InEight Estimating Module, collaborating closely with our estimators and project controls professionals to reduce risk and set our projects up for success during execution.

I bring a diverse background that includes IT software implementation, outage planning, project controls, construction, engineering, and management. Most of my day is spent managing tools and processes that support our estimating efforts, with a particular emphasis on configuring the InEight Estimate module to align with our company’s needs and integrate effectively with downstream modules still in development.

I’m also a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served nearly 10 years. I had planned to make it a 20+ year career, but a motor vehicle accident changed that path. I’ve been out since 1998, but the values and discipline I gained during my service continue to guide me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and unwinding by going fishing—whether I catch anything or not! I have attached a couple pics from fishing in Amazon in Peru in August2024. (Peacock Bass,

I don't have much to say about experience, i have about 5 years of experience in ERP development and implementation, I have worked with various types of CRM and ERP software companies in the past to implement them to our clients workflow, here in Kaefer im working to implement inEight across all projects, my expertise include adapting various types of projects into InEight (Control, Advance work packaging, Compliance, Daily Planning etc.) creating a work flow for various department, providing support and troubleshoot various issues faced by our site team, Im a tech Savy guy, i studied mechanical engineering and i love helping other as much as i can.
