We are currently testing the Control, Change, and Contract modules, with the intention of implementing them in the near future.
I would welcome input from any EPCM industry members who have successfully implemented these modules and would be open to connecting. It would be great to compare notes on setup, structure, and practical use cases, particularly around achieving effective budget control and reporting.
