Feature: Vendor Contract Page

Where to Find It: User must be assigned to a Vendor and have the Vendor permission>From Vendor View (home page)>Select a Contract from Contracts widget
I love this feature because this functionality allows vendors to directly submit their invoices, payment claims, and supporting documentation (25.11) within the application. It establishes bidirectional in-app communication between the vendor and contractor, eliminating the need for back-and-forth email exchanges. By maintaining a single source of truth for these deliverables, the process minimizes errors commonly introduced through manual imports and exports. With this centralized approach this enables you to have real-time visibility and feedback, reducing the risk of missed communications due to misplaced or filtered emails.
